Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for integrating quantum computing capabilities with traditional AI models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate emerging quantum hardware and software technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for stakeholders and investors.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate new technologies.
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and research labs focused on quantum supremacy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, algorithms, and current hardware limitations.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy or research initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
