Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with Quantum Computing libraries (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
