Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired neural network architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals
- Collaborate with government agencies on AI policy development
- Develop generative AI systems for climate modeling and healthcare
- Mentor PhD researchers in next-generation AI methodologies
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Advanced AI Systems (2020-2026)
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in tensor processing units and neuromorphic chips
- Experience with federated learning across 10,000+ node networks
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Track record of securing $5M+ in AI research grants
