Responsibilities

- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with quarterly ROI-driven portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-computer integration projects
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Mentor a 15-person multidisciplinary team of engineers and futurists
- Present strategic innovations to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling technology from concept to $50M+ commercialization
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Strong familiarity with ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 compliance frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate venture funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
