Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI innovation strategies targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead end-to-end AI solution lifecycle from ideation to enterprise deployment

- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring AI innovation impact and ROI
- Identify emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies for strategic adoption
- Present AI roadmaps and innovation portfolios to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor senior AI talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and advanced ML architectures
- Experience scaling AI teams and managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
