- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI frameworks
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies

- Partner with C-suite to align AI initiatives with company vision
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research labs
- Mentor AI talent through our 'Future Architects' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategy leadership
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum AI hybrids
- Proven track record of scaling AI products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovations
- Experience with federal AI initiatives (NIST, NSF)
