Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and continuous feedback loops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
