Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Participate in the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and use case diagrams.
- Conduct basic data analysis using SQL and Excel to support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Prepare and present findings to management and client teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process optimization within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
