Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven methodologies
- Document requirements, create user stories, and translate technical specifications into business value
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI for performance tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into clear recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule
