Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Document requirements, create process flows, and develop detailed specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Support agile project cycles through sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating past business analysis projects required
