Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and user stories
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and test cases
- Facilitate workshops to align technical and business teams
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Support UAT and ensure solution meets business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
