Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project scope.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, wireframes, and workflow diagrams using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
