Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development and system improvements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and visual presentations for stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers, engineers) and non-technical business units.
- Create and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet business needs and are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
