Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Develop data models and reporting dashboards to support decision-making
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Maintain project documentation and change logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in IT or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
