We're seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in El Paso, TX. This contract role offers daily pay and the opportunity to transform data into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Develop detailed process flows and data models using Visio/Excel
- Create comprehensive business requirements documentation
- Support UAT and solution implementation with QA teams
- Generate KPI dashboards and performance reports
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align on project goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
