- Communicate complex project updates to stakeholders and executives with clarity and impact.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the 2026 initiative.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to enhance delivery speed and quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Program or Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Enterprise Technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Experience managing large, diverse teams across different time zones and cultures.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or CSPO are highly preferred.
