Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
