Responsibilities

- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user acceptance criteria
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual dashboards
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Expertise in data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
