Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that drive operational excellence.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Use Case Diagrams, and Process Flowcharts.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to define system requirements and ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Project) and JIRA or similar project management tools.
