As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and User Stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers) to ensure project alignment.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain process flows, wireframes, and mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect tracking to ensure delivery quality.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
