Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and process mapping.
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed system solutions.
- Document and maintain accurate business requirements documents (BRDs) and data models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
