Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Develop process flows, user stories, and data models using UML notation
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Create detailed technical documentation including BRDs, SRS, and test cases
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through interactive dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Strong experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business language
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
