Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with technical and non-technical teams
- Document business requirements and process improvements using UML and flowcharts
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements for technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
