Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Create detailed documentation including user stories and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Validate solutions through UAT and implementation support
- Present findings to executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in B2B environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Excel advanced functions
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Manufacturing or supply chain domain knowledge
