Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering with stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Create detailed documentation, including process maps, data models, and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations.
- Monitor project KPIs and report progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
