We are seeking a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between IT and business operations. You will act as a liaison, gathering and documenting requirements to ensure our software solutions meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and proposed solutions.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and process maps.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
