Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project scopes, and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process maps, and data models.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: Lead gap analysis activities to assess current processes against business goals and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting: Develop and present reports to senior management to demonstrate project progress and the value of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
