Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and business requirement documents (BRD).
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with requirements gathering tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
