Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear specifications
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories for development teams
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to uncover trends
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Validate solutions against business objectives and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in finance, healthcare, or SaaS industries highly valued
