Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process maps, and wireframes.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to interpret data trends and provide actionable business intelligence.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data modeling tools.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
