In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our projects deliver maximum value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize complex systems.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure current systems align with future business goals.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time.
