Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and UML diagrams to visualize business logic.
- Support data analysis tasks, including cleaning and preparing datasets for reporting.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document testing results.
- Prepare weekly status reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and software tools quickly.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus but not required.
