Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and continuous optimization.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
