Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the comprehensive 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning technical execution with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive competitive advantage and innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business processes and products.
- Manage the budget and resource allocation for AI research and development initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or strategic technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in scaling AI operations in a fast-paced, agile environment.
