Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, use cases, process maps (BPMN), and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Gap Analysis: Evaluate business needs against existing capabilities to identify gaps and propose necessary changes.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
