Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics.
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvement strategies.
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, functional requirements, process maps, and use cases.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis to assess current state versus future state requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
