Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and leadership.
- Utilize SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to derive insights and present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure all business solutions align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a shift-based or remote environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or similar).
