Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Perform gap analysis and data modeling to support system implementation and optimization.
- Monitor project KPIs and report on progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
