Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and Operations to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and functional documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and future business goals to recommend necessary upgrades or changes.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support for new business processes and software implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
