Responsibilities
- Support Data Analysis: Assist senior analysts in gathering, cleaning, and interpreting complex datasets using Excel and SQL.
- Document Processes: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and presentations to track project progress and key metrics.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of inefficiency in current workflows and suggest actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with SQL or Tableau is a plus but not mandatory.
