Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new initiatives
- Create detailed documentation including process flows and user stories
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Present findings to leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Support implementation of new systems and changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
