Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user documentation
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to recommend strategic enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Manage JIRA tickets and maintain product backlogs prioritization
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
- Experience with SDLC and agile development frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
