Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and process maps using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Monitor project progress and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure all team members understand new processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
