- Monitor project KPIs and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Coordinate with development teams during implementation phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries a plus
