Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization solutions
- Validate system implementations and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Document business requirements and maintain project artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Experience with financial systems (ERP, CRM) a plus
