Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis for complex business projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business goals and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
