Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, wireframes, and system documentation using industry-standard tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to design test cases and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions.
