Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive business process models, use cases, and user stories.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current business processes and future state goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting to management on project status and process improvements.
- Translate technical requirements into clear documentation for developers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
