Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and use cases for system enhancements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support UAT testing and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with proven track record in requirement elicitation
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) preferred
