Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories for enterprise software implementations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations for client systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
- Strong SQL skills with data analysis experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to start within 1-2 weeks
